eaos Software

The Dental Operating Software

Built by Dentists

Not a generic business software adapted for dentists. EAOS is a proprietary, purpose-built software: six proven components, seven software modules, and a live cohort that holds you accountable every quarter. Built from the ground up for dental practice owners. By dental practice owners.

We didn't adapt a generic tool
We built our own

Every other dental coaching program gives you a framework and points you toward a third-party platform. EA built EAOS, a proprietary dental operating system that runs your practice, your team, and your cohort accountability from a single purpose-built application.

Six components
One coherent operating system

Every component has a corresponding module in the EAOS software. This isn't theory, it's a running system your entire practice team uses every week.

1. VISION

"Where are we going, and does everyone know it?"

VTO MODEL

Your BHAG, Core Values, Core Focus, Niche, 3-Year Picture, and 1-Year Goals, all documented in the EAOS VTO (Vision/Traction Organizer). Not swirling in your head. Not on a whiteboard that gets erased. Structured, accessible, and shared with your entire team in the software.

BHAG Questionnaire: Structured 10-year vision with specific date, revenue, and team targets
Core Values builder: Up to 7 values, each with name and description
3-Year Picture: Production, net production, collections, and team goals
Marketing Strategy: Target market, 3 Uniques, Proven Process, and Guarantee
1-Year Goals: annual targets linked directly to quarterly priorities

2. People

"Do you have the right people in the right seats?"

People Analyzer
+ Org Chart

The People Analyzer evaluates every team member against your Core Values and the GWC test (Get it, Want it, Capacity). The Accountability Chart shows who sits in what seat and who owns what. The Visionary vs. Integrator distinction helps you understand your own role — and the gap that's most likely creating chaos in your practice.

People Analyzer: Core Values × GWC matrix for every team member
Accountability Chart: Drag-and-drop org chart, zoomable, linked to actual people
Visionary vs. Integrator: Identify your leadership archetype and plan around it
Elevation by Delegation: Step-by-step framework for offloading owner tasks
Annual 1:1 Reviews: Structured performance reviews with self-eval, Rock ratings, and goals

3. DATA

"Are you running on facts, or feelings?"

Scorecard Module

The EAOS scorecard is a weekly dashboard of the 5–15 numbers that tell you the true health of your practice. Fully customizable per practice. Weekly and monthly views. Import from Excel. Navigate backward through historical weeks. Every metric has an owner, a goal, and a red/yellow/green status that surfaces automatically as an issue when you're off track.

Custom KPIs per practice: Not generic dental metrics, your metrics
Week-by-week navigation: See trends, not just snapshots
Excel/CSV import: Bring your existing data in without re-entering everything
Linked scorecards: Connect metrics across multiple meetings or practices
Auto-issue surfacing: Off-track metrics appear in your IDS list automatically

4. issues

"Do problems get solved, or just recycled?"

Issues List
+ IDS in L10

The Issues list in EAOS is a persistent, prioritized list — Short-Term (solve this week), Long-Term (important but not urgent), and Solved (archived). The IDS process runs live during the L10 Meeting with the timer tracking how long you spend on each issue. Nothing leaves a meeting without a to-do, an owner, and a due date.

Three-tier issue list: Short-term, Long-term, Solved — nothing gets lost
Priority levels: High, Medium, Low with color-coded visual indicators
Live IDS in the meeting runner: Identify, discuss, solve with the timer running
Cohort issues: Bring your hardest issues to the summit where 8–12 dentists have faced the same thing
Quick-add: Capture issues mid-meeting without breaking the agenda flow

5. Process

"Does your practice run without you?"

Docs in VTO + Meeting Notes

Core process documentation lives in the EAOS platform — accessible to your whole team, version-controlled, and reviewed at quarterly planning sessions. Process isn't a one-time exercise. It's a living part of your operating system that gets updated as your practice evolves and your team grows.

Process documentation: Your core systems written, stored, and accessible
Meeting notes: Auto-saved, timestamped, searchable from every L10
Quarterly review cycle: Processes reviewed and updated at every planning session
Practice independence: The foundation that makes taking a real vacation possible

6. Traction

"Does your practice actually move forward?"

Goals + L10
Meeting Runner

Traction is the execution layer — where the other five components become results. Quarterly priorities (your top 3–7 goals for the next 90 days) are tracked weekly in the EAOS software. The L10 Meeting Runner runs your weekly team meeting with a built-in timer, agenda progression, tangent alert, and structured IDS. Every quarter you present your completion rate to your cohort at the summit.

Quarterly goals: 3–7 priorities per quarter, each with an owner and due date
L10 Meeting Runner: Live meeting mode with timer, agenda, and tangent alert
Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual meeting modes: One tool for every meeting type
To-do tracking: Completion rates displayed, accountability built in
Summit accountability: Present your Rock completion to your cohort every quarter

Software

Seven modules One platform
Your entire practice

EAOS isn't a meeting template or a shared spreadsheet. It's a purpose-built application with seven integrated modules that cover every aspect of running a dental practice on a proven operating system.

L10 Meeting Runner

The centerpiece of EAOS Traction, a live meeting facilitator that runs your 90-minute weekly team meeting with a built-in timer, structured agenda, and real-time IDS. Supports Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual meeting modes. The Tangent Alert button flashes the screen amber and banners the room when the conversation goes off-agenda, keeping the meeting disciplined and on time.

  • Built-in meeting timer with per-segment tracking

  • Seven-step L10 agenda: fixed structure, consistent every week

  • Tangent Alert: audio/visual warning when conversations go off-track

  • Live IDS session: issues get solved with owners and due dates before the meeting ends

  • Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual meeting modes

  • Celebration for when the team hits a goal

  • Meeting notes auto-saved and timestamped

A year running EAOS

EAOS isn't a seminar you attend once. It's a running operating system, weekly, quarterly, and annual rhythms that compound over time into real practice momentum.

The process that ends recurring problems

Every dental practice has issues that keep coming back. The EAOS three-step issue resolution process, built into the L10 Meeting Runner, solves them permanently, with owners and due dates that live in the software.

A dental practice scorecard

Your EAOS scorecard tracks the metrics that matter to your practice goals. Every number has an owner and a weekly target. Red items automatically surface as issues at your next L10.

Stop running on instinct.
Start running on a system.

EAOS is implemented live, in your cohort, at your summits, in the proprietary EAOS software. You don't need to figure it out alone. You need 8–12 non-competing dentists running the same system, the same software, and holding you accountable every quarter. Let's get you placed.
