Course Description:​

A well-designed life isn’t built alone. In this powerful course from the Designing Your Ideal Life Summit, Ryan Passey introduces “Building Your Tribe” as a core milestone in the Elevation Life Framework—a guide for intentional living designed specifically for dentists. Drawing on the metaphor of mountaineering, participants will explore how to intentionally identify and cultivate relationships across three layers: Advocates, Teammates, and Inner Circle.

Through reflection exercises and guided discussion, this course helps dentists create a community of support that fuels resilience, fulfillment, and clarity—both in practice and in life. Participants will be equipped to evaluate their current support systems, define mutual expectations, and take practical steps toward building a life aligned with their deepest values.
