Who we are
Dr. Hill and Dr. Nelson were leading a thriving dental practice, but they knew there was untapped potential, both in their business and in their personal lives. Despite their success, they felt stretched thin, without the time or clarity to take things to the next level.

That’s when they partnered with Ryan Passey, a seasoned business strategist with over 25 years of experience in operations and leadership. Ryan became the catalyst that helped unlock the full potential of their practice, streamlining systems, aligning vision, and creating space for what mattered most. With renewed energy and balance, Dr. Hill and Dr. Nelson found themselves not only running a stronger business but also reclaiming time for their families, passions, and personal growth.

What started as a solution for one practice quickly grew into a shared mission. They realized so many dentists were facing the same challenges: successful, yet overwhelmed, eager to grow, but unsure how to move forward. Together, the three founded Elevation Association to provide the support, strategy, and leadership development that dentists need to thrive professionally and personally.
