In 2016, just 10 years after graduating from dental school, I came home from the office at Wood River Dental Care and boldly declared to my wife that I was done with dentistry. We were to sell everything we owned and move to Tonga. She thought I was exaggerating. I was like, #kiddingnotkidding.
I worked with consultants, coaches, and any other dental group you can imagine but I just couldn’t find the community where I belonged.
on the surface I was already successful, so what was I missing? Why was I still frustrated?
Like the majority of dentists out there, I had already found a certain degree of success. But it was hollow. It was without significance. How was I then to design a life of both success and significance? And that is how the Elevation Association (EA) was born. EA was created to provide a community, a tribe that unites dentists to work together to elevate their practice so they can elevate their life.
